Position: Compliance Manager
Location: Port Vila, Vanuatu (Open to Vanuatu Citizens and Non-Citizens)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and implement compliance programs, ensuring AML/CFT obligations are met. Advise on compliance matters and coordinate audits with authorities. Conduct internal audits and risk assessments. Review onboarding documentation for compliance. Collaborate to promote a compliance culture. Train staff on obligations and maintain records in Xero for transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or Compliance Certifications such as CAMS are a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of AML/CFT frameworks, KYC requirements, and global compliance trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with compliance in a financial, legal, or corporate service setting is essential.
  • Experience using Xero and/or other compliance or CRM systems is beneficial.Work in a dynamic, multicultural team environment

Corporate Service Manager

iCount is seeking a full time Corporate Service Manager to join our team. We stand at the forefront ofproviding comprehensive financial solutions to businesses globally. Key Responsibilities:

The Corporate Service Manager will be responsible for managing ongoing small and medium-sized relationships with companies and supporting the Corporate Service team. This role is right for someone who is looking to build upon a strong foundation in customer service, CSR, or corporate giving and has the ability to multitask, learn quickly, prioritize projects, work across teams, and enjoys working on a wide variety of tasks.

•  Manage external relationships with high-profile, fast-paced companies in a way that contributes demonstrably to iCount’s objectives and service development.

•  Using strong organizational and communications skills, oversee management of corporate services. Primary responsibilities include onboarding, service engagement execution, customer retention, and growth.

• Provide a high level of service to Clients and day-to-day support to the Corporate Team.

•  Learn our core offerings and utilize them to take an innovative and proactive approach in providing solutions to corporate service needs.

•  Identify new opportunities for engagement and supporting corporate service needs based on the relationships and expertise they build with Company Directors and Clients.

•  Work collaboratively with the team on improving the management function and our value proposition for corporations and foundations.

•  Assist with job management and other administrative tasks for the team and Directors.

•  Maintain insights and knowledge related to corporate partnerships by organizing documentation and resources and keeping them up to date.

•  Stay current on shifting global political/regulatory environments, corporate philanthropy, and giving trends and use this information in service of meeting team’s goals.

•  Utilize Xero and other internal tools to maintain a real-time snapshot of relationships, compliance and forecast future revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and or, Finance, Accounting, or a related field(Master’s bonus).

• Comfortable with self-direction and working independently at times.
• Highly motivated to grow partnerships, but also facilitate operational/day-to-day implementation.

•  Strong client/account management and partnership development skills in a service-oriented environment, with specific experience working with corporations

Remuneration commensurate with experience and qualifications.
